Its called Timeshifter:

Hybrid groove delay that allows you to shift between delay & LFO times with buttons:
*automatically syncs to host
*8 buttons to shift between delay times
*modulator section w/ four shapes
*basic filter section
*assignable LFO w/ 8 buttons to shift between LFO times
Capable of extreme strangeness
(yes, it's synthedit)

hey this thing is cool... it seriously fucks up my sounds.. exactly what i love Smile
one thing though... i wonder if it was possible to trash up also the undelayed signal, so it fits better to the delays...
