Good to hear...I used to have that problem myself, so I know what a relief it can be when you stop.

OT! But for those who don't know, bruxism is tooth-grinding (often really severe and damaging during sleep), and it needs to be mentioned to a doctor if it persists. Bruxism can be a symptom of a number of seemingly unrelated but potentially serious maladies, including medications you might be taking but need to be taken off of. Some people don't know they grind their teeth until a partner tells them why they have to go sleep on the couch every night. Or their dentist mentions it after seeing the damage done.

VISIT YOUR DENTIST WHEN YOU EXPERIENCE BRUXISM, KIDS - IT'S A NASTY HABIT. Very Happy Very Happy

A gnathologist will fix it [or even a general dentist]. Or you can visit me in Greece and let me have a go at it. I' ll be good, promise.

This health warning was brought to you by K-v-R Health Services. Be Thankful.

So, anyone know anything about this K-Stereo thing? I can't tell if it's a plugin or a piece of hardware. When I click on the Buy link or any of the other links on the page, nothing happens.
