Does anyone know of a plugin that can trigger a MIDI note from a gated audio track available for RTAS (PC)???

soundreplacer for rtas I beleive.. but that triggers audio I think? i forget, never used it for midi

for VST, peakfreak works awesome in all major hosts. Forget drumagog Wink

Yes, sound replacer only triggers audio, not midi notes. Peakfreak looks great but does not support the rtas format. (That's the life of a Pro Tools User...)

From my past experience, you're screwed. tht's why most "creative" sound people use VST and straight-up guys use protools... it works great but no flexibility

Yeah, it is certainly a trade off. The studio I work for uses Cubase SX and Sonic Foundry Vegas. They're great programs but the majority of studios I deal with independantly use a Pro Tools system. So, for compatibility reasons, ...
