Very Happy Very Happy

One note, the presets has no overload effect, they are just the same with different patterns, you put the overload if you need it, ......and of course if you want to make sum cool new presets?? Very Happy

Maybe I'm too stupid but how can I change the pattern buttons and how does MIDI learn work in P-Deelay? I've got hundreds of plugs with MIDI learn function - click on the learn button, move a controller...that's it! In P-Deelay I click the button, click on controllers, move, for instance, the ModWheel and...nothing! Same with the pattern buttons. The lit ones stay there where they are! Is there something I didn't understand?
Greetz to all!

1) hover the mouse over the MIDI learn buttons they will show a hint with the info you need,

2) i know is not the best way, but is the only SynthEdit way, is just a selector it works just like a regular knob (click a pattern and drag vertically) but instead a knob you get a pattern view.

Let me check out that MIDI learn...

Yes, I must change some stuff internally on the knobs to respond properly to MIDI learn Razz nothing big, just assign them some cc#

But they are a lot and I'm going to eat some Sushi Razz finally after three long weeks the bike is repaired (some moron opened his car door on the wrong moment) ....finally I can take a ride and eat some Sushi Razz

BTW: I love Sushi Razz no really Im staving here Cya Very Happy

Thanks Matias, this looks like something very useful. I installed to have a look at it but didn't have time to listen. One thing I came across, and it could well be me, is I couldn't change the pattern button positions. Is it me?

Thanks again and will listen to it soon.

I Hope the Delay is Better than Raw Fish.

Thanks morelia, yes I hope I could do a standard button set where you could hange the patterns time by just clicking n them, but in Synth Edit theres only a vertical selector, not horizontal, so I had to make a graphic that looks like a button set but it's really a regular knob you just click over the pattern, at any point, and drag vertiaclly, up or down.

Hope that's clear because I'm very drunk now, I ate the Sushi hehehe, it was delicious BTW then we headed to the house of a friend coz it is his birthday.....to make it short, I'm drunk with Vodka and beer, and I'm currently laughing about my own behaviour as is very hard to type this drunk hehehe.

I just feel a stange love for my fellow KvRers Very Happy

My head is about to explode so i'll shut up my mouth now, just wait till tomorrow and I'll fix the MIDI automation weirdies.

Very Happy Have a nice...hip!....dream.

I've loaded chainer with the grooveagentdemo and p-deelay :

Surprised Wow! Surprised

With this thing you can even turn a metronom-click to a part of your percussion Smile .

Perfect deelay for drums & percussion and -loops Exclamation

The presets are a bit too "dubby"(feedback too high)for this use, but it is very easy to create own patches (after 3min Embarassed finding out how to change the pattern buttonposition...).

genius!

thanks, thanks, thanks, thanks, thanks, thanks,....(ad infinitum)

Thanks for your comments Vexkon and wannabe Very Happy (yes I should post how to use the pattern grid Embarassed )

Thanks Matias. I've got it now. Actually I like the button selection that way. It's different and if you drag around quickly it looks cool. Thanks again.

I had some weird issues with it getting to work. Panic button doesn't work for example. Well, if you hold it down, the sound goes away, but you release it, the sound comes back. Very weird. Need to play with it some more to tell you more. This was in Cubase SX.

Matias, cant you put another knob on each line setting the pitch of the delay in semitones pls?
that would be more cool... Very Happy Very Happy
-SPYRO-
Posted: 1st October 2003 22:03
Pitch shifters on SE aren't that good yet IMO, but what is planned to the future of Deelay and P-Deelay is multi in/outs (probably on a separate version) so you could use any effect you like (not just pitch shifters) on each out.

How would that work unless they are a vsti Matius? It would be amazing though Razz
-SPYRO-
Posted: 4th October 2003 09:01
It doesn't matter, is the host that has to support multi out VSTs (like SE, Bidule, Tracktion with rack filters)
