Very nice limiter indeed. The release slider is a great feedback device.
Percussive material can have its peaks squashed or not. It's great, so easy to use. I haven't tried this in Cubase SX 2 or Nuendo, so can anyone tell me if delay compensation works for this limiter on those sequencers ?

nice limiter,
but i for one, once there's more than 3 sliders, could use a manual. and once i added the TubeLimit to the master channel all the heavy lifting was already done. that alone seems to surpass what i was getting from RubyAmp and endorphin combined nice work, i removed the Voxengo demo versions from my system. every time i think i need to spend some money on fx somebody like you comes along with a set of freebies. thanks.

Yay, at last! Congrats, Daniel! I'm a huge fan of Octaver12B and Tapestop....great to be able to get them from one easy-to-find place now, instead of having to search through KvR to find your earlier posts!

If you mean that first Greastube with the "black blob" interface then here it is:
http://hem.bredband.net/b161498/GreaseTube1.zip I lost the sourcecode so I didnīt bother to put it up.... //Daniel

Thanks Daniel... How does TubeLimit compare to GreaseTube? Can I do the same things in TubeLimit as in GT, or are they two very different beasts? Thanks, -K
| ddummer | Posted: 28th November 2003 10:55 | |
The Greastube ended up as Tubelimit several months later but there isnīt too much in common.
The Greastube got a Freq distortion thing going on and the TubeLimit is a compressor. //Daniel |
