AuthorTopic: Plug for recording output to disk

I am looking for tempo synchronized plug that could record the output of a VST/VSTi to disk.
I have already TapeIt but I cannot ask it to start at certain time :-\

Hi.

The only free tempo synchronized recording plug
I can think is LiveSyncRecorder.
It can be found at
http://www.devine-machine.com/LSRfree.html
but it only records 1-or-2-bar-loops
(There's a commercial version that records longer loops).

Don't you have a host with the ability to automate
the recording function of the TapeIt plugin?

Another recording plugin is ChannelGrabber.
It can be found at
http://www.tobybear.de

Cheers.

energyXT(E) can do this. You can trigger recording with note-on if that helps? I use it to record layered VSTi's.

Let me know if you need help with setting it up.

cheers

Thanks alot for your help !!
I found out that I can create an automation on the "rec" parameter of TapeIt. So I can start the recording on a precise time Wink
I looked at energyXT and devilmachine but their free versions seems somewhat limited.
