Hey all, I am wanting to find a free vst effect that can remove noise out of waves....I can usually do it with EQ and filter cutoffs, but sometimes there is that noise that no one can remove without using another app....so does this vst exist?
(I want it for poorly recorded vocals, things of this nature)

Thanks Brian.
Yeah that seems to be the right ticket, but for 100$ I don't think so, and no .dll instead .exe for the demo????........no thanks Confused

I bet there is a free effect similar to redunoise out there, just need to find it Wink

I'm also looking for high quality noise reduction. I've heard the Redunoise before and after mp3's and I think the audio quality is a bit comprimised.

Can someone recommend a good plugin?

Peter.

There are some commercial ones avaliable: MAGIX Audio Cleaning Lab, Bias Soundsoap, and I believe Steinberg makes one. I haven't tried any of them, so I can't give my opinion on quality.

I agree, I'am able to get a much better sound out of Redunoise than what the examples show - I'm surprised they're still there. Redunoise is my top shelf broadband noise reduction plug right now.

Time for new examples Aleksey ! You're losing people. Smile He He
