AuthorTopic: question for wavelab(experts) users (rendering effects)

I'm using a timeworks-plugin in wavelab to render the reverb-effect in my samples. When I select a portion of the wav-file and click 'apply' the reverb is nicely calculated with a tail , exceeding the selected portion. Now when I use other reverb plugins like waves true-verb or tc native reverb etc etc , only the the selected-portion is affected, theres no tail ..although the 'tail' option in the rendering screen is enabled. Whats up with that? I'd like to get 'tails' out of all my plugins, not just the timeworks one.

cheers.

Yes, I've encountered this too. The way I work around it is to INSERT SILENCE in a ample amount at the end of the original sample before rendering - just to be on the safe side. Wink
