AuthorTopic: Clone Ensemble 4.0

In case anyone’s missed this VST, check it out at www.cloneensemble.com . It basically takes a monophonic input (voice or instrument) and makes a user-selectable number of clones (from 1 to 32) to make an ensemble. Each clone gets its own vibrato and delay to make the effect less synthetic.

The new version includes a gender-bending feature, great for making huge male/female mixed choirs from a single voice (check out the mp3 demo). Looks like a steal at $25. Windows only, alas, but there’s always that OS X version of FXTeleport to hope for... Embarassed

Ah, but will the right-wingers call it a bug? Wink

Sorry. Couldn't resist. Not terribly funny, I know...

Gender-bending is not normal, and right-wingers will demand a Constitutional Amendment banning it. This will be the last straw for the people of San Francisco, and San Francisco will form its own country.

I couldn't resist either. Smile

I just can't wait for the whole of California to become a part of Mexico again. I'm sick of having to drive so far to get there! Evil or Very Mad

You're right. Back OT. I thought it was steal at $25 too, so I purchased it this a.m. I received an email from the developer about the release, but thanks for putting out the news for those who didn't receive an email. I am impatient, so I always appreciate early notifications. Smile So.....where is PSP Nitro?
