AuthorTopic: Cubase & T-Racks DX/VST problem

My cpu load goes over the roof after i plugin a few T-Racks compressors and limiters and cubase stops responding all together. I'm only using few other vsts for efects (sweeps, pads) every few bars, not much. all other tracks are audio. Inicialy when i load the T-Racks compressors and limiters the cpu meter reads way below 50%, but once i hit play havoc occurs in a few seconds without even getting to the vst parts.

the problem is obviously the t-racks plugins (again, just 3 or 4 of them) cause once i remove them work flows seamlessly at 30/40% cpu load.

could it be my SB Audigy 2 piece of crap card??? i've already had some problems with it. Or are these plugins a pain in the ass as well???

i run a P4 2.5, 1g ram, Win XP
