im looking for free tremolo-effect-plugin. my sh-1 lfo multi-effect is not bad, but not very comfortable in the frequency-selection and in the base-effect-support.
does anyone know are other tremolo-plugin, to have the sound likes souldrummers 'now or never' (playground vol. 2 compilation)? thx for any help.

Tiny God Throbber has a tremolo mode.
http://www.tinygod.com/ -> Products -> Throbber. For basic tremolo, set shape to "sine", mode to "VCA", effect to something low, and adjust speed and depth as you like. If you turn up "effect" you'll get overdrive distortion which you might or might not like. The "bias" control turns the overall volume up or down. Plus you can switch it from VCA to any of several filter or flanger modes, play with different waveshapes, etc.

again, thanks for the support.
both effects are very simple and nice plugins. and their cpu-hunger is very small. but the ncd-tremolo based on hertz and his scale is not very fine - this the same problem, that i have with sf-1-plugin. the simple-tremolo based on secs and his variations-possibilyties are finer, so i can syncronize the beat for rare bpm-variations. by the way: could me someone give right dimension of hertz? - im leaving the school for many, many days. now i will test the throbber! bye and have a nice day.

To calculate Hertz=Beats/Second=BPM/60=1/Time
I recommend this calculator: http://www.ucsoft.de/sce.html or this SCal V4: http://www.expdigital.co.uk/

The only tremelo I really like is the one on the Fender Twin plug from the simulog suite. It doesn't sync to BPM, or even list frequency, so I have to sync by ear but it sounds great!

If you want tremolo synced to tempo, you can also try the Tiny God Four-Way Zone plugin. While Throbber contains one LFO driving either an amplifier or a filter, Four-Way can simultaneously do auto-pan, LFO-filter, LFO-amplifier, and flanger, and any of the stages can be synced to the VST host tempo. If you turn off all but the VCA stage of Four-Way, that's equivalent to Throbber in VCA mode, but with the additional tempo sync option.

'I have to sync by ear but it sounds great!'
yes, normally its the right way, but i have 135 bpm base-ritm and hertz of 4,45... for the tremolo-intervall, thats was so near by syncronized level, that after an minute you will think someone hesitates in your pc. a well known effect and its nerving by the time.

Ahem! Actually, if you click where the hertz rate is displayed, it will change into a measure fraction. No need for a calculator

Hmm, I just checked it and it works for me. From http://www.tinygod.com, click on "products", then "four-way zone", then "download four-way zone vst for 32-bit windows".
