due too the fact that my emu-4 recently went up in smoke.. i have one particular question:

does anyone remember that terrible ginuwine song pony with the bass sounding like a very clearly deeply sung E.
that was the emu formant filter thingie. i know, because i did that too Smile

is there any vst to emulate the emulator filter Question

if you're talking about a vocal formant/phoneme process 'EEEE' sound, there's probably ~ a dozen free effects. mine (i forget synger or syng.. whichever is the effect) just uses 3 12db bpfs so cheezy but can work. i believe concretefx has one as well as several se devs.
