Ok.....

At present it's very raw and overdriven tape deck sounding (you know, when you plug into the mic inputs on a tapedeck and turn them all the way up).

I think the delay is fine, the flanger is alright too. Eq is pretty cool but would like to be able to cut as well as boost (but with your current setup, it's not a must have) Tremelo works like it should but.........

You really need to work on the initial distortion and preamp section, it just sounds cheap (which is alright every so often... come to think of it there isn't anything else that sounds like your plug around).

I second that.

Mathematical model of a tube amplifier stage.

Don't bother with that model by itself, it's been done to death. We need a new approach.

If you insist on getting that (single tube stage) sound, get Voxengo Tube Amp VST 1.8 (Free). It sounds very similar to that link.

And there are plenty of others similar to that as well.
