There are a lot of programs that do what you want but not a lot of VST plugins.
I am developing a plug-in that can detect and extract audio parameters (i.e Notes, Pitch, Volume, Brightness) and allow you with the help of a Modulation Matrix style routing to select which type of midi output you want to get. The name of the plugin is "TheExtractor" and you can find more about it on: http://www.TazMan-Audio.co.uk TazMan | ||

I highly recommend musiciendoz by nuton. It can take any audio input and convert it to midi in realtime. You can also control your soft synths with any instrument like electric guitar or bass. It's only $19.95. The demo is fully functional for 30 days. You should try it out. |
