where can I find a really good polyphonic audio to midi plug-in or a program?

There are none I'm aware of, but I'm not really looking for it. A monophonic audio 2 midi converter is already difficult enough, so I doubt there will be a polyphonic one.

And then theres polyphonic and polyphonic... Makes quite a difference weather you want two / three voices to be converted or a complete finished arrangement. The latter might be next to impossible.
