Sweetboy just released one in another thread tonight, but haven't tried it out yet.

the developer of the sh-1 plugins just whipped something up called s and s a few minutes ago and it includes, for my money (free), the best stereo expander I've used thus far. Seriously - many parameters to tweak if needed. WideBoy is nice for bassy sounds since you can choose the frequency at which point the widening begins. Look for S and S (if not apparant, check out the volcano compressor, it's the same guy)
