jorgen,

can this be changed so that you can set the value the same way that you set the number of steps? I have a pattern that has to be 48 steps long, but the speeds are either to slow or to fast (32 or 64).

What if I wanted an arp pattern that was 12 steps & I wanted those 12 steps to fit into the same space as my basic 16 step pattern?

What a cool idea! Never thought about that, you could then do triplets and whatnot in the arp Smile (unless I'm confused!)

Yup! It sure would make triplets a whole lot easier!

I am using the arp to control an audio part. The audio part contains a loop sample that has been pre-sliced in BeatCreator. There are 10 clips with a combined length of 48 steps. The clips aren't of equal length, so it would be very difficult to resize each clip correctly to make it fit 32 or 64 steps.

I do have PhatmaticPro & Dicer, but they are much less crash resistant than just eXT AND they aren't nearly as easy to route the different parts to different outs as the audio part comp.
