ab

hi
in massiva i could strike a chord on my keyboard to set which notes i wanted to add in the note composer. in the the sa sequencers composer i would like to do the same, but it doesn't respond to that. i can hear the notes i play though...
is it supposed to work or am i trying in vain right now?
or have i not done my tutorial homework properly?

Hi ab,

Do you mean step recording?

If you go into track you want to edit, you'll see a little button called "step" (next to the M.Wh). Press this and a little red box will appear on the grid, which will allow you to input notes from your keyboard.

Hope this helps,

Dave

no
i meant in the field where it says C1 as default. I want change that by just using the midikeyboard instead of typing it in.

xt aint massiva but it had useful features that i miss now.

I think a feature like that would be most useful in the chord comp also?
