If you load up more than one sample to a column in Live and start another loop in the same column the new loop begins at the next quantization point. Its like playng a mono synth and is alot of fun to jam with. I have some questions...
1. Is it possible to set the midi part to be mono timbrial? 2. Would it be possible to add a midi mixer please. Instead of audio it could mix midi messages. For some reason Live can not automate its Mute and Solo buttons. Jamming with a midi mixer would be better because the sound would not cut off so abrubtly and id be able to use my DJ skills with midi. Cheers Jorgen | |

Hey Jorgen
Thanks for getting back to me. Its one of the main reasons Im buying XT right now Here are some ideas to throw into your developer blender... Cross fade: If a sequence is at bar 3 and the you start another seqence the second sequence starts at bar 3 instead of starting at the begining. Auto repeat loop: One of the reasons I still would like an MPC is its auto repeat feature. When you hold down a pad it repeats. An auto repeat mode with an option to map the repeat loop to a cc would be awsome. Ive never gigged but this feature would make XT more of a must get program than it already is in my opinion. Especially because Id be able to do in real time what I have to spend hours doing now. I have never played with Synthedit before. I'll go and have a look at it. If I make what Im asking for then I'll put it up for download. I know I keep on praising you but XT is one hell of a tool kit |
