The latest version I have is v1.19, but reading this forum it would appear that v1.20 is available. So I emailed angus at fxpansion dot com but got no reply. Then I emailed support at fxpansion dot com. No reply. So I went to the fxpansion web site and filled in the online support form. No reply.

Yes, I am a fully paid up owner of DR-008, which I've owned and used since 18th June 2001. And I still have copies of the trail of emails including the original ShareIt payment email. Have I missed something obvious ?

We definitely sent you the update link (twice). There may be a problem with your email, or your ISP may be rejecting the emails. Please email support one more time and we'll try again.

Hi Angus,
I sent you an email in response to your advice above, which I presume you received and replied to. Which means that something weird must be happening at my ISP (VISPA). Oddly, I get plenty of Spam (about forty a day) so why should the ISP single you out for special treatment ? I'm mystified.

Anyway, please confirm that you received and replied to my email.

I've had the same problem. I've now been waiting for just short of three weeks for an email to the link.

Now I don't want to make anyone angry at fxpansion, I am only going to ask a question: have the dr-008 1.2 links been sent or is the ftp server still offline? The reason I ask is that perhaps fxpansion emails are being blocked by aols spam filter. I have removed the filter for now but I still dont know if anything has been sent or not.

Dont get angry, its just a question. Evil has been waiting a month and I've been waiting 2 weeks. If those e-mails are being blocked I could e-mail aol and get fxpansion removed if it is on the spam filter list, but like I said, I dont even know if you have sent us the links.
