AuthorTopic: Free Host?

I could have sworn there was a free host/sequencer somewhere on here. But for the life of me, I can't remember. Am I crazy, or is there really a free one?

As simple as that Confused
Basically, it depends on what you are after: a sequencer, a tracker, a modular environment?

Pick up a copy of Computer Music magazine and get ComputerMuzys for the cost of the mag.

If you're playing live rather than needing a sequencer, get a copy of Brainspawn Forte Solo at http://www.brainspawn.com

you can *extend* it with energyXT and ffx-4 - this way you'll keep your perceived costs reasonably low and you won't feel that limited.

Then again, it's not sx, but you can draw nice curves here, also.
