AuthorTopic: FL Dashboard-skin suggestions ?
nBeat
Posted: 11th January 2004 04:49
Ok, so I've been asked by the makers of FL Studio to
create some skins for them to use in the Dashboard.

I would appreciate any suggestions for what GUIs
(hardware-instruments/fx only please) you would
like to have for Dashboard.

Keep in mind that I will probably only do
a handful of these, and only the graphics
(background, sliders, knobs...),
so you will have to fill in the "control-data" yourself.

So, any suggestions ?

I'd like to use this thread to underline my wish for an independant vst-version. that means comfortable automation of outboard gear, managing patches, randomizing (fine value changing welcome) and so on without loading the whole fruit. like sounddiver but lean and scalable (would be nice to rebuild your outboard-rack within a single dashboard-vst: looking like reason and working as a luxurious midi-remote).

I'd pay for that. Smile

sorry for being off-topic, nbeat, I'll make a bump
in return, okay? Very Happy

Well, it's not hardware, but it does require complete midi implementation in FL because FL does support it's automation, but I would love to see a Atmosphere dash. Very Happy

Eh, there seemed to be a slight misunderstanding between me and FL.

I was supposed to some generic stuff only so there's no need for
further suggestions, although I appreciate the ones posted so far.

Thank you for taking the time.

But hey, if someone insist... go ahead ! Smile
