actually I think that there might be a problem with teh NSK kit. My winrar will not uspack it. And it worked fine on all the other. I would not be surprised if this is an issue on my side of the equation, but I have tried three times and I get the same resule. win rar tells me that the program is not comlete. something about the download.

I had the same problem. Could repait it, but only half of the samples are there - around 4 meg, although the rar is over 10 meg.
The samples sound great. Couldn't you zip them - wouldn't be such a big difference.

I tried to download the original soundfont from the linked site, but it only had some mysterious flash animations. Am i missing something ?

Hi,

what exact size is the .rar file you've downloaded?
This way I can compare with the file I've uploaded.
Has anybody successfully unpacked this rar archive?
Seems like my upload is corrupted

OK, but I need a more accurate one.
Right click and select properties.
It *must* say 10,731,520 bytes.

I just tried it and WinRAR reported this error:

1 nskkit.rar: CRC failed in nskkit\nskkitv4c\BDtube1ffnr.wav. The file is corrupt
2 nskkit.rar: Unexpected end of archive

The file size is reported as 10.2 MB (10,729,446 bytes)

Well, I've just re-uploaded it but I think this is a problem with my upload soft.
A one-hour upload for nothing

Hi!
Well, I have no time these days to fix this problem

(and I've no cable or ADSL connection, which doesn't help)
However, I don't see what's wrong with my upload, I've already uploaded many files without any problems.
Again, sorry for this, but I think it'll be worth the wait

I'll keep you updated.

Hi Zero,

This seems to be turning into one of those 'Carry On' films.

Sorry

Keep up the good work - you've made some nice kits.

Cheers, Reg

Hi,

well, I hope this "carry on" film isn't too boring for you guys

I've just re-uploaded (yep, one more time
) the whole kit with a new soft and as a zip archive (instead of a rar one).
If someone could download it and confirm the fact the upload isn't corrupted, it would be nice. (well, this time I do have checked the file size so there should be no problem).

Ben, you can consider all my drum kits as k-v-r ones, so people can rate them in the banks section. (I can see that one of them cannot be rated)
You can add this one too

THK: there sould be no more mysterious animations on Douglas' website now, you can try there!

RegPheonix and the others: thanks for your positive feedback!
