Just added to the NI Website:
"The FM7 will be available in November 2001."
So if you like FM synthesis AND sweet filters, save your pennies.

And take a look at the full-screen picture of FM7. I haven't had my hands on a DX synth for 13 years, but the design of the FM7 INSTANTLY brought back all those memories of the DX synths!
