The RME cards are highly recommended, although I haven't used one myself (Pulsar II).

Hi

I'm an RME user, I have a Hammerfall and use it in a Mac and I'm very happy with it. I use a Yamaha 01v as the front end for it but I believe you can connect RME or Apogee boxes as the converters, I've heard the RME converters are very good for the price, much cheaper than Apogee. The only thing to watch for using the Hammerfall with a Mac is that its an ASIO only card, it doesn't support Apple Sound Manager.

Cheers

Tim
