Scorpion VSTi it has a very good feature (its all good) which i would like to use as a plug, but dont know what it is "SPECTR FX" ?

1) is there a plugin which can do this effect?

2) what is this effect?

3) and how can i recreate it without Scorpion?

Sorry Jason - my brain not working again...

I've had a quick look and it seems to be a type of filter where you can set the frequency range for the filter to work on (in?).
