Shocked

Beware ! C_ Super Stereo (VST effect) makes Orion crash. After 5 hours of work and 3 or 4 sessions, blamm ! sudenly a blue screen with "FATAL ERROR" in your face. To reopen my Orion file I had to delete c-Super Stereo dll from my VST Plugins folder.

I tested and reviewed it quite some time ago:
http://www.orion-central.com/reviewcplugs.shtml

Never had any trouble with it, but I don't use it anymore (I have the PSP stereopack Wink). But if you can work for hours with a certain plugin, and then suddenly your machine crashes, I seriously don't think it's just the plugin (although removing it fixxing your problem certainly makes it look that way). I think when your comp crashes for whatever reason, and your song-file getting corupted in the process, it will give a random result as for where in the file the damage is done. Whatever plugin is sitting in the file at that spot will LOOK to be the culprit.

Of course this is no strickt science, but it seems logical to me.

You are right, Crimson, but it's not the first time I encouter problems with this plugin. That's why I had the idea to remove its dll from my plugin folder. Instead, I would still be searching for the bug (there are at leat 6 FX and 5 vsti in my file). You see what I mean ? Smile . Concerning the PSP Stereo Pack, it's ok. Good stuff and a very simple GUI.

Bye.
