What are the best VSTi for acoustic instrument emulation for use acoustic rock, country, folk and acoustic jazz?

are you only looking for physical modeling? are soft samplers out of the question? if not - I say kontakt and a good sturdy bank of samples!

sampletank and other froms(sonic synth etc..check out the free version some really good sounds)
DmiFluter (will post an mp3 soon, well tweaked it can sound spot on)
dmihammer(or go to http://www.chickensys.com/exs/ if your cpu can`t r for free vibraphone samples..i)
Slayer
cheeze-machine (for a good cheezy string synth)
Absynth(for sounds you can`t come up with other Vsties)
Battery ( for drums and percussion, make sure you check out the free "ambient kit" http://www.kvr-vst.com/bank.php in the battery section excellent drums if you can`t afford DrumkitFromhell)

its not exactly an acoustic instrument simulation per se (although many would argue that your voice is an instrument), but... delay lama might go well with some folk music Laughing
