AuthorTopic: Convert an AKAI CD into VST or MIDI

Hi,

I got an AKAI CD with Grand Piano samples (note by note) and I'd like to use these samples as a VST instrument or use them with my MIDI master keyboard. How could I do that? What software would I have to use?

I'm a Win98 user and I have an utility called CDXtract for reading the AKAI CD.

Thanks in advanced.
