Hi All, Spectrum,
I've just got my copy of Atmosphere but for some God unknown reason it will not install past Atmosphere dic 2. Disc's 1 and 2 install ok but as soon as I insert disc 3 all I get is a message saying "The wrong disc is installed" Now I'm numerate enough to be able to insert the discs in the correct order so WTF is happening? I'm using a 12 month old P4 2.0, 512 mb DDR with XP Home, Matrox G550, LG cdrw, etc, etc and have no problems installing anything else. I've tried swapping the Matrox dual head (set up for a single monitor) for a old graphics card but it still won't install. I've either got a faulty disc (s) or there is something else wrong but how the f#ck do I find out (any suggestions?) Right now it feels like I've been robbed of a not inconsiderable amount of money. I'm not impressed, n-o-t impressed at all........Mad Mad Mad

I remember someone else having the same prob and if I remeber
right Spectrum resolved it in a post here .

I think it was a dual graphics card thing ......

do a KVR search

I'm sure spectrum will be on your case when he comes by Wink

Perhaps you could try installing in safe mode ?

If I can't get this sorted tonight I'll call sometime tomorrow. It's such a bizarre thing with the first 2 discs installing ok but not the next. What's really bothering me is that I got it by mail order and "if" I have to return it due to a faulty disc, I'm unlikely to get a replacement before Xmas.
