Well, there's SynC Modular ($49), and DASH's excellent "daGlitchbox" and "daGlitchPad" ensmbles. Drumatic can do some glitchy sounds when pressed, as can ERSdrums....Fat Machine would be good. If you are looking for more loop-based things, perhaps I could suggest pHATfactory 001. Lots and lots of electronic loops in it that can be mangled beyond all recognition. With the pHATmatik synthesis features like comb filters and distortion,as well as the host of resonant filters, you could be in glitchy heaven.

I don't use loops much, SF2 would be great cause I could load into Crystal and mutate it.

This is a lazy man's approach i know, I'll do some net search. Thanks Scot

I remember the Kalava Drum Archive - but think they're defunct now? Some pretty good loops there once? www.kalava.com or variations thereof? Also, Future Music, The Mix, and all those mags used to have a site with some really good free samples of loops and hits. Don't know they're address off hand either? (Man, don't I just suck! Embarassed )

Drumatic

Drum Dragon. Dirty Funky Electro drum synth

Synthedit comes with a free super dirty 808 emulation. Just open it up, and export to VSTi. Even better is that after you're sick of the sounds, open it back up in synthedit, and re-work it to taste!

This one sounds even better than the other 2, but is much more limited in editing:
