Make sure the beginning of the sample is setup tighly. I usually do that but this time I overlooked it.

I used an octopad to play some drum samples I got from the net. I could never get a tight take, sort of felt weird to play also. I though it was the latency thing but it wasn't. The ride cymbal loop start point was off. The rest of the bank was ok except for this one.
