Use ASIO in stand-alone vaz+2. I copied the files 'openasio.dll' and 'vazaudioasio.dll' from the vaz modular demo to my vaz+2 folder and my ASIO driver becomes available in the prefs dialogue and seems to work fine. ¦¬)
