Laughing I always have trouble naming presets too, Odo! Laughing
This sounds really nice though... got a nice sharp quality about it, and I've already used it on a current piece. Nice work! Smile

Very nice work, Odo. That synth is really one of the better SynthEdit creations. There are very interesting sounds possible with it.

Hi Odo,

I posted a demo of a-pad if anyone's interested in hearing it.

Green Sky After The Storm
http://artistlaunch.com/elektronique

The good news, this synth rocks. In Orion Pro 4 instances all running, about 12 notes of polyphony total ran about 27% CPU with spikes up to 38%. Not bad.

The bad news, if you like the timbres on this song be happy because I saved .fxp and Orion's .prs files of the presets I designed and they did not save.

Also, as you'll hear, I had a few spike like sounds that I kind of liked but would have preferred being able to get rid of. Nice job, Odo.

The demo song is ambient and softer sounding than the presets included. This synth is quite nice, it's more aggressive sounding patches almost kept me from programming anything but there is a lot of room for variety even for geezers like me that like floaty Eno-like textures.

Oh, system used:
Athlon XP1700+, 512 MB DDR ram - not overclocked

Sure odo, feel free to link. Glad you enjoyed the song.

If I can figure a quick way to duplicate those patches I'll make them available.
