Installed D'Cota and when I brought it up in Logic 5.5.1 it sticks all of the notes. i.e. it never receives a note off. I have probably 50 VSTs and this is the only one that does this.
Anybody else have this problem? I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, changing patches changing midi channels and a dozen other things. Also went to Steinberg's knowledge base...what a massive waste of time that thing is. A Steinberg rep blamed it on Logic. Interesting since I installed Plex at the same time and it worked fine...

yeah I`m having the exact same problem in fruityloops. When I phoned customer support before buying and asked them how it performs in fruity the said it works "perfectly fine".
this problem affects me quite alot seeing as i like to live record most of the time.

I think this must be a common problem because a fellow musician who I work with has the same problem when he uses D'Cota with Sonar and CubaseSX. It doesn't seem to apply note off when using wave sequencing/arpeggiator (I'm not sure which).
I was really excited by D'Cota but have refrained from buying it because of this problem.

Hi Munchkin, Since the D'Cota was made by VirSyn, maybe you'll find the TERA more to your liking. www.virsyn.com |
