AuthorTopic: D'Cota Notes won't shut off. HELP!

Installed D'Cota and when I brought it up in Logic 5.5.1 it sticks all of the notes. i.e. it never receives a note off. I have probably 50 VSTs and this is the only one that does this.

Anybody else have this problem? I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, changing patches changing midi channels and a dozen other things.

Also went to Steinberg's knowledge base...what a massive waste of time that thing is.

A Steinberg rep blamed it on Logic. Interesting since I installed Plex at the same time and it worked fine...

yeah I`m having the exact same problem in fruityloops. When I phoned customer support before buying and asked them how it performs in fruity the said it works "perfectly fine".

this problem affects me quite alot seeing as i like to live record most of the time. Sad

I think this must be a common problem because a fellow musician who I work with has the same problem when he uses D'Cota with Sonar and CubaseSX. It doesn't seem to apply note off when using wave sequencing/arpeggiator (I'm not sure which).

I was really excited by D'Cota but have refrained from buying it because of this problem. Sad If they fix it or explain where everyone is going wrong then I might get it. Smile

Hi Munchkin,
Since the D'Cota was made by VirSyn, maybe you'll find the TERA more to your liking.
