I think I remember Biomechanoid is a member of KVR, so hope he doesn't mind my little bit of cheerleading Very Happy

He's just posted a full bank of patches at the Yahoo Absynth users group -

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/absynth-users/

plus in the text file with the bank he outlines how you can make a donation for more patches -

please show him your support if you can, I have just sent off a small donation, in thanks for the great and incredibly enjoyable work he has done with Absynth.

His patches have found their way into many of my tracks, and when I lack for inspiration some of his moving and evolving patches keep me entertained and drive me to create.

so, just thought I'd give a thumbs up! Haven't had a chance to check out the new patches yet, but tonight promises to be alot of fun Smile

and Thanks Biomechanoid for sharing these patches!

Good call, Endmusic. Wink
His patches certainly have been fantastic in the past. Really looking forward to hearing the new ones. Have to get that donation off meself! Smile

edit - Just downloaded and had a quick play - there are some wonderful pads and FX in there. A few sounds almost blew my speakers away or had my hair on end, but overall another excellent collection. A must-get! Very Happy

Yeah Laughing

Whenever I audition patches by Biomechanoid I always press the keys with upmost caution. The sounds are all excellent, but some you really have to use with care Laughing

<blush> Wow! Thank you, Endmusik. Thanks for taking the time to let me know this...I'm delighted and flattered you consider my Absynth explorations such an inspiration! And thank you for the donation (bonus patches will be with you this weekend - a few tweaks to be made yet).

Absynth is a complete pleasure for me to use, and I seem to connect with it in a quite instinctual way....its the ultimate biomechanikal sonic device! The reaction my sounds have got from people has always been very encouraging, so thank you for adding to this.

No problem at all.... as I said, your reaction alone has made it more than worthwhile. Very Happy Very Happy

Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

hehehe - maybe I'll have to include a disclaimer..... biomechanoid accepts no responsibility for the following with reference to the use / abuse of his Absynth patches - a: damage to speakers b: structural integrity of buildings c: hair loss d: brain disentegration

Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

seriously though, I know what you mean. Altho' with this latest bank I've tried to keep some of the harsher frequencies under control, some of the patches seem to have a life of their own....especially some of the cross modulated, morphing ones. Hopefully most should be useable tho' - in the right context, at least.

Cheers
