AuthorTopic: DR-008 - More kits needed

All,

Any recommendations for decent (and preferably free/cheap) kits I can get for DR-008? I make house and breakbeat type music (music being a term I use in it's loosest sense..), so I'm not really after acoustic/jazz/brush kits etc.

Cheers.

the wizoo stuff is all cool kris - pretty cheap - good quality - and in lm4 format that dr008 can read

i assume youve checked the fxpansion user libraries out too ??? - some very good stuff there too

Blimey Rob,

Are you the only one out there today? You seem to be answering all of my questions, for which I'm extremely grateful.... Smile

heehee - this is what happens when you give a teacher 2 weeks off - someone who is pretty bored and spendiong some time flitting between the net and daytime tv

cant make any music - my laptops in the workshop and my emergency music machine [the school laptop] died on me too on sunday - currently on the girlfriends work laptop with no audio stuff on it

started to make a bullroarer yesterday was so bored - might finish it today or maybe rewire my cheapo strat copy

sorry for rambling - boredom again

The Battery expantion Electronic Kits are worth checking out. They can be imported into DR-008 with the translator and also used in Kontakt.
