AuthorTopic: Anyone recently purchased Tassman v2.1?

I bought it today, and tried to register on the AAS website, but it claims the challenge key that my computer spat out is invalid. Hmm, odd. I have e-mailed the support people, and I'm sure they will sort it out, but it makes me wonder if this has happened to anyone else...........?

It's possibly because the Tassman registration system was changed for the release of Tassman 3. If I'm not mistaken, you should be entitled to a free upgrade to v3 once your registration has been sorted out. Smile

Thanks for the swift reply Collusion. Fingers crossed the support people are as quick.....

No problem! Very Happy Scott and Vince over at AAS usually are pretty quick getting things sorted out, so keep an eye on your email. I doubt they'll take more than 24 hours to get back to you, unless they're snowed under...

Yes, the same thing happened to me. I got a very quick response from AAS support with a link enabling me to download Tassman 3. Great response from them - fantastic software too.

Thanks loafer, glad to know I'm not the odd one out. Looking forward to Tassman 3! (and a user library/upload area if they ever get one going)
