I have a similar problem, but only with the native Oddity banks, the .fxb versions load ok here. I've been in touch with GMedia about this but they can't find out why the native banks don't load.
Drop them a line via their tech support page, besides myself, there has been at least one other person who's reported the same problem. It's bizarre, they used to load ok before I did a clean install of XP using APCI mode, there were no problems with Standard PC mode. Using APCI is the only change I made and how or why this has made a difference is a mystery
