Can anyone give me some tips on syncing up arpeggios with VST5?
I am using Synth1 and have a great arpeggio'd sequence going but struggle to get the BPM right. Surely there must be an easy way to do this?

I think there is something wrong with the arp sync in synth1, really the only disappointing thing about it.
I use synth1 inside energy xt if I want to do something with the arp.

Hmm...the Arpeggiator in my copy of Synth 1 seems to work fine ...the one in V-station can be a real hassle sometimes tho, not to mention the arpeggiator-like effetcs in the OHMYGOD! filter...talk about drifting out of sync...

yep, eXT is the thing. Anyway, look out for the next version. Awesome, its a "Never seen a plug-in doing this before"-ish release...

well it works, it's just that after a bit it tends to get out of sync. at least mine does!

synth1 should automatically sync with your cubase vst5 tempo.... I don't use synth 1 anymore but I am sure there is a "sync" option somewhere, and if it's deactivated you should be able to manually choose a bpm that the relevant functions of the synth adhere to

I've never experienced desyncing with Synth-1's arp yet, so not sure what's going on with everybody else, V-Station's arp is pretty messed up, I don't bother using it at all.

Don't your lame-arse hosts have an arpeggiator!?! Even Fruity does! |
