its an interresting question ,

But you should know that if for example you record a guitar , and some notes are late , the plugin couldn't read "ahead" and correct it any way. If the plug did exist, it could work uncertain and only on notes that are early (with delay them). I made a big software that can bring your loops quantized (eg. you record a guitar loop, and quantize it), but it is maybe too big app just for that, and it is not free at all : www.devine-machine.com

rockum, are you referring to quantizing in real time? Or quantizing a pre-recorded wave file?
