Using Absynth 2 in Cubase SX ........ seems it will only recieve on midi
channel #1 Maybe I am missing something but I have scoured the manual and the Absynth GUI and I can't find anything for changing the channel there Does anyone know about this | ||

hi raven ...
have you tried the drop down menu for midi channel ? ... it's located right above the patch name window , upper left on GUI ... hoe this helps ... | ||

Thanks normal I haven't tried that because errm there isn't one , that was the firs place I looked I think it was there in version 1 BTW I'm using the windows version . | ||

Thanks again , the midi dropdown is here on the stand alone but not the plugin I'm wondering if I forgot to update to 2.01 , the about box here just says ABSYNTH 2 in large letters | ||

if you installed from the disk , you need to update ... if you downloaded , you have the latest for Win ... there are some host related issues ... check the NI forum ... btw ... new update due in about two weeks according to b.clevenger / NI forums ... good luck ... pm me if can be of any help ... | ||

Normal's right-it is a known bug that's supposed to be fixed in the next update.
Hopefully they'll have the recorder bug fixed as well-Absynth's recorder is great for quick sketches,and not being able to change the amount of recording time's been driving me nuts ew |
