AuthorTopic: anyone use exsp 24 and win 2k/xp?? (advice needed)

I just need to know if this works.

on emagic's website, it says win98 and up, but that always worries me when there isn't a specific 2k/xp compatibility note

The reason I want this, is becasue it looks as if I have finally made the decision to ditch logic and stay pc Very Happy

exsp 24 will play the three excellent emagic sample libraries I have, ,plus many other exs24 libraries i bought from wizoo.

I found it online for $120 which works out not bad really.

I hear kontakt and halion's exs24 import aren't the best, and to get a separate program like cdextract..by the time i do that and do all the mucking around, i would just rather buy exs player vsti, and have perfect playabck of all my libraries..plus, with vsamp 3 coming out (i am a vsamp2 user), i really dont htink i'll need to get halion or kontakt anyway.

so basically, after this long winded post, I just want to know whether exsp works on win2k or xp, and with cubase, nuendo, dx wrapper, or tracktion

cheers and TIA

I use EXSP24, Cubase 5.1 and Win XP and it works with no problems at all - so go for it!
