It's our upgrade policy: updates are FREE for customers, but we reserve our right to ban any user with or without any reason. With Sp33d, we got a reason. I've read all of the threads and there seems to be little reason for you to do that other than you being angry. If you still want that one plug-in customer per 20 years, you're going to have to do a lot, lot better than that. So ? What's the reason ? Maybe they think that by deleting the posts all the bad people will go away.

I suppose they could always try a damage limitation exersise and offer a refund for Vertigo to the few people who wanted it. It's never too late to make ammends.

Would you buy somrthing coded by this company?

omg talk about a total business implosion... well thats what happens to companies that don't take care of their customers < lesson to other companies, small or large.

Well, if they're actually indifferent to the business aspect of their company and discoDSP is more of a "something to do" project (or a labour of love), then this is hardly surprising. Also, if that's the case, criticizing their business acumen is a waste of effort. They have none and desire none.

They make some good products (you must admit their products are not poor) simply because they want to and any issues can easily be brushed aside because they don't NEED customers. It's kinda like they took the helpfulness of NI and combined it with the friendliness of Image-Line. All they need now is PACE protection on their plugs...
