Which one exactly didn't work? I think I had problems only with one or two of them (I don't remember which ones), other all work.

Make sure you've got the latest version - they did have a rapid spate of launching upgrades to version 4.0 which even added rewire at one point. I've certainly had no major problems with any vsti's.

Well, since you are likely using a crack-

it is very possible that this functionality doesnt work right. I am not trying to be mean or scare you off, but cracks may or may not always work 100% That said, you are going to have to put a little more info if you would like some help. Which Vstis? how are you controlling them?(mouse or midi keyboard) if via midi, are your midi settings correct?

I've got A4 latest and it's a dog for VSTi use and midi recording. Unusable for me, even though I can get Zeta or Sampletank and such to work in it.

The shame is that none of the big sequencers can do what Acid does in that same easy way.

I was told that Sonar does, but I never got past the interface with the demo. It looks like rewire slave mode will eventually be incorporated in Acid 5.0, as it should have been in 4.0. I'm not sure if I'll bother upgrading if I have to pay.

Sonar does it, but not as well as Acid. It's still more fiddly.

And Sonar doesn't have a Freeze function.

Can you imagine an SX2 user trading away Freeze for better loop import Surprised Laughing

I haven't used the SX2 freeze much, yet, still trying to learn how to use the application.

Acid as rewire slave for free please Very Happy
