we need more info

for example, if I sample into soundforge I:

1) Open Soundforge
2) Press record
3) Set my inputs to the inputs I want to record
4) Press record again
5) play the keyboard
6) Press stop
7) Edit samples and save as wavs

what part isn't working for you?

If youre talking about the keyboard built in to sound forge, this is for auditioning sounds only you cant record from it.

Cheers

From reading another thread I think he's a newb (no offense) looking to record what he can heard being played through his soundcard when using the keyboard within SF.

But if that the case then perhaps he'd be better off with a soundfont player in a sequencer Smile

Who indeed can tell!?
