have any registered owner/operators of FL 4.1.2 received any word about how we might go about taking advantage of the $69 price on Slayer 2. The web site has links that take one to
http://www.e-officedirect.com/FLStudio/English/frames.html 'slayer page/news coming up soon' direct owners of Slayer apparently received e-mail notices of how to get the price break, but apparently not FL Slayer owners. at least not me, or not yet. just wondering if i'm just impatient or had my e-mail filtered or what? and yes i am a registered owner and apparently access to the FL forum is system dependent. i can get on from home, because i registered from home, but i can't get on there from work because i haven't registered from this system also if someone could explain the current sound sample promotion running on the main FL window. The instruction is to click to Sound Samples (?) and there's nothing I can find on that site about free samples for FL users.

Not yet. There will be one, soon. also if someone could explain the current sound sample promotion running on the main FL window. The instruction is to click to Sound Samples (?) and there's nothing I can find on that site about free samples for FL users. It's dependent on your registration, just like the forum access is. Once you are on the computer that has access to forums (you can register your work computer as well if you want to by the way) - when browsing the list of samples you will see little floppy disk icons indicating the files that you can download.

i guess i'd lessen my confusion if i did register on the systems i most commonly use.

Yeah, was about to say, too, that you can 'register'/log in on different computers. And the Sample Fusion thing is really all the samples that have a little download icon next to them. According to the FL staff all files smaller than 10mb are for download, but I found one that is less than 10mb and still not downloadable... only one so far, though.

I'm still waiting, too.
No E-Mail, no update on the "(My) FL Studio" page. |
