AuthorTopic: Big Time Sampletank Feature Request!!!
summer2000
Posted: 29th December 2003 12:29
To the Sampletank developers:
Using CDXtract, I've converted all my Akai's, SF2's, and Emu multisampled intruments as WAV files for use as patches in Kontakt and Reason's NNXT sampler. It would be great if Sampletank could import these same wav samples as they are without first having to convert and save them in it's own native format. As it is now I rarely if ever use ST2 for my Akai's and other samples since I have to convert them first. I would fill up my HDD's in no time if I had to keep the wav's (for Kontakt and NNXT) and ST2 's native format version of the same CDs on my computer.
Could you please consider adding this fearure in an update?
