(ACtually this covers effects as well, but I'd rather keep it in one place).

Can any of the KVR Macheads help me compile a good list of free VST plugins that are worthwhile installing on a Panther-based ProTools LE system via the VST-RTAS adaptor.
Apart from the stuff currently bundled with ProTool LE (Cutdown versions of SampleTank, Amplitube, T-Racks, Live and Reason) we have Reaktor 4, and Kontakt installed, but I could do with some ideas for other low-overhead or interesting toys to put on.

This seems like a pretty comprehensive list of available plugins (mostly commercial, though). You should definitely have Glenn O’s Green Oak plugs, including Crystal.
