AuthorTopic: Another NAMM video clip
Muon Software Ltd

Here's a very short video clip of Putte and Jerome from Ohmforce demoing Melohman. The clip requires an MJPEG codec to view I'm afraid (this is my camera's native movie format) - if this is a problem for most people let me know and I'll re-encode to something like MPEG4.

Now now, he's a very pleasant hun indeed Laughing
Ohmforce are a cracking bunch also, their Champaign (sic) breakfast definately helped me during a back-to-back meeting schedule. There was also a very lovely lady on their booth too Smile

Sure sure. Very pleasant. But he can't say "good news" without it sounding like "good dudes."

I slept for about 24 hours once I got back. Big plug for American Airlines though - tonnes of legroom just as promised. I flew Virgin last time and had to practically carried off the plane 'cos my legs didn't work anymore when we got to Heathrow Shocked

Ben was so jetlagged, he ended up at the FL Studio booth? Shit!

Posted: 20th January 2004 14:22
I was so busy I didn't get chance to meet Gol, but I'm guessing he was the one with the long black hair (not in shot either). Thing was, Muse Research, Ohmforce/Gmedia and Imageline were all in Hall E when the main action was in Hall A. I didn't get to spend as much time as I would have liked chilling with the Ohmboyz (and their lovely booth lady Wink)

So post some pics of their lovely booth lady, already! Less talk, more rock!

Here is a picture of Gol:

I believe in this picture he is berating a FL Studio customer for asking a stupid question

BTW, Dave, how did the meetings go? Can we expect some cool new developments soon?

She must have been shy and scuttled out of shot in every one - check with the OhmBoyz maybe, they could have been luckier! Here's a nice shot of the convention centre though. I'm severely missing the warm sunshine and palm trees already Very Happy

Much schmoozing and glad-handing of high-profile audio industry clients was done. Under NDA so more I cannot say.

Fantastic Dave! Shocked
Argh, you know, the Champagne didn't last anyway. I took me a while to realise that most of it had been drunk by the booth's ppl, especially that Red_Force punk...

EDIT - 28 hours in a row without sleep = edit and go to bed, punk !
Muon Software Ltd
Posted: 20th January 2004 14:36
That was while you were getting the orange juice, dude. Remember, never taint good Champaign (sic) with OJ even if it is Californian Cool

So spill, who was the booth lady then?
tconrardy
Posted: 20th January 2004 14:40
Yep: I got to meet the Ohm boys ( including Putte!) and Gol! It was cool. Got to test out the stuff too. For some reason, I did not see the lady ..guess my eyes were too much on that synth!

Well, I didn't happen to have any very long chat with her anyway, but I know that some other people of the booth could tell more anyway, if they weren't scared by the possible legal threats Very Happy

Shocked - someone should tel Gol how the ladies
like haircuts like his. Shit! - with a few hours
of work and a lot of hairspray he could maybe
persuade those hairs that are too much to stay
in places where are too little of them. Help

That Bud Light Veeper thing is hours of fun. Shame the beer tastes like a beer-flavoured soft drink though Shocked

Having said that, I'm not sure its wise to ever let yourself be photographed again with software like this around!
